Initially their service was good and ADSL lines were fast. After about 3 months the lines become slower to such an extent that we cannot use our VOIP any longer. Despite logging numerous support calls, they did nothing to resolve it. We logged the latest call this morning and we still have not received a response - nearly 12 hours later. Don't even try to contact the call centre - there is no-one there!
