ones contract with an isp is simple and implicit. I give you money, you give me Internet connectivity.
I have never reneged on my part of the contract but Axxess does so frequently and that is really not even what is frustrating. what is blatantly unacceptable especially from a company that professes to have good client service is the shambles they call a call centre.
you never wait less than ten minutes to have a call answered where as often as not one is disconnected only to necessitate restarting the painful process. what is equally frustrating is the service once a call is answered. more often than not they need to reset your port or update some trivial setting. why does my wasting my time have to preceed such a trivial solution and why does it happen so often.
I am so sick of the incompetence. I am so sick of wasting my time on a service I am paying a lot of money for. I have no doubt they would not be so apathetic if I were withholding my part of our contract.
