ON 21 OCTOBER 2013, My phone display phone not allowed mm6, i went to sandton customare care to ask about my phone, why it shows mm6, KARABO said your phone is blacklisted, i must bring a box of phone and proof of payment or affidavit,

On 23 -10-2013, i gave THANDO a box of phone and receipt of phone to unblaclist my phone she said she will unblock within 24 hours, even today is still blaclisted.i asked her who block my phone, she gave the number of and risk to call them to ask who block your phone.same day i went to her to tell that phone is not working.

other lady was sitting next to Thando her name is Pinkie gave me a phone to call and risk, i did n't get help about that number.
on saterday i went to midrand boulders mall, to help me with that issue, they gave a form to fill and fax, because their fax is not working.i had to fax with my own expense
