Exorbitant Incorrect Billing

On Monday, 28 October, my bill viewed on the portal was about R1680 yesterday, in the evening I twice bought a 2.5GB data bundle, which did not reflect. Due to this, I contacted Vodacom and made them aware of this, out of the two I was informed that a 2.5GB was reflecting but not the other. I proceeded with setting up my phone and updating my software to iOS7, I slept at 3am on Tuesday morning. Call logged, ref S3-T3H4P-PZOIH [21/10/13].

Tuesday morning when I checked my portal, it stated that I had used R5700 inclusive of my data. When I called them, they said I had used up R3200 worth of data charged at out of data bundle rates and yet the 5gig I bought the previous night remained unscathed. Wednesday 23rd Oct 2013, I woke up to 1 gig remaining from 4.81GB from, I hardly did anything the previous night, I didn't download anything. I was informed that I had been charged a further R2434.64 for Tuesday's data usage! Mind you I had data still. Call logged, ref S3-T4J2R-RYDQN [23/10/13] Tumi Ntshanana.

Can this matter be resolved PLEASE?!
