As per complaint registered on 21 October 2013 wrt double debit it is almost time to pay the next bill and still NO REFUND!!
CellC is the worst service provider and keep stalling so they do not have to refund.
I am still expecting my refund with interest and CellC are silent...
Too many reference numbers to note - it does not help anyway as they just do not respond.
Would love to hear from the CEO of CellC - cannot believe that he would approve...
