I have tried the call centre numerous time and cannot get this issue resolved.
I left CellC end of October 2012. I paid R1, 600 as a cancellation fee before CellC ported my numbers to MTN.
I was billed in November and December and I hear another debit is on its way.
The call centres state that all is correct on my side and that I should not have paid for the two months, nor should I pay going forward. But no one is cancelling my contract. Apparently there is a refund on the way as well. Still haven't seen anything.
Please resolve. At this stage the billing is the same as.
