Please help!!!
I left CellC in October 2012. Paid R1600 to cancel both contracts. Numbers were ported to MTN.
Yet CellC systems show no porting and I am still being billed 6 months later. PLEASE cancel the contract and refund my fees.
- Numbers in question 0847033480 and 0848104876
- Cancellation and final payment of R1600 was processed end of October
- All numbers have been ported, ar in use and running on MTN.
- The debit order runs were meant to be cancelled and all the incorrect billing (after cancellations and payments) should be refunded to my Nedbank account.
Please look into this and sort it out.
