Complained about full 3g signal but no data in the Shere area Pretoria. Received call from rude Blanche insisting on my ID number. She then informed me that Zi am not a CellC client and need to lodge a complaint with Autopage. my husbnd and I have 3 CelC contracts, two through Autopage and one direct and they all have the same problem. My phone is showing CellC but they are not willing to listen and help. I see my problem is not unique, obviously CellC can not handle the data traffic but they are stalling complaints by telling people to complain through a service provider. Wake up CellC and sort this out. I will individually complain about our direct CellC contact as well, may be they will assist me then.
