I recently received a month end account bill of R10 000. My average account is /- R1000 per month for the last 5 years, so this immediately raised great concern. I have ever since produced technical reports from my IT company proving that the amount was due to large data charges, caused by a16M mail that repeatedly sent without my notice. I instructed a URL report by MTN were after MTN disputed the cause of the data charges.
i have strong proof that the data charges occurred due to a technical device error, and not my physical data usage. I have been unable to resolve this via e mail with MTN and have requested a meeting with a accounts manager, on NUMEROUS occasions. This is a large amount and a serious querie which is not going to be resolved over the phone or via e mail. I would at least like the chance to prove my case and provide substantiating documentation.
I find the non response to my meeting requests absolutely unacceptable. i have been a MTN client for 10 years, im also a MTN shareholder and refuse to be treated like this.
