I have a Cell C contract. I renewed my contract last week Wednesday (23/10/2013) they did not have in stock and i was told that it JUST needs to come from one shop to another and they have drivers available to do so. On Saturday 26/10/2013 I went into the store to do an enquiry, the ATTITUDE of the "lady" behind the desk was disgusting. I was asked which model BB and when i answered I am not sure, she said "how can you not be sure? " as if it was the WORST answer ever... I am sure not every single person remembers the codes of the BB's.
Today 28/10/2013 I phoned again, and the same lady answered the phone. MY PHONE IS STILL NOT THERE!!! How long does it take for a phone to be transferred FROM ONE SHOP TO ANOTHER!!! NOBODY has clear answers and YOUR CLIENT SERVICE!!!
I AM DISGUSTED AND STILL HAVE NO PHONE!!!
