Incorrect Billing, Bad service, bundels not loaded

Not enough character space for 2 months of complaints and 6 references. Renewed contract on 9 August 2013. Package anytime 500 incl. R500 calls 60 min MTN-MTN, 500sms, 500MB data. Bundles never loaded. Received bill of R1622.97. Called retentions, spoke to Shaun Luxman, who basically accused me of not knowing how to use an iPhone, and I "must accept the responsibility of an open contract", he never got back to me. Called808, Marie confirmed bundles not loaded. No feedback. Spoke to 4 more people with reference numbers no feedback. Get email stating account credited. However I am still liable for incorrect bill first! Even tho I queried billing immediately. Received yet another incorrect bill today, yet my billing and MTN records are different. Requested an accurate breakdown of billing. None was provided. I can put a stop order on the debit order (at my expense), and then request a payment plan. However the errors are made by MTN, yet I am liable. I followed all the channels with no success and NO assistance. Consultant today empathizes "but that's unfortunately how MTNs bills work." Cannot deal with singular channel and am unable to get assistance or feedback. MTN = disgusting
