The services i received this morning was really bad, i never got the name of this male consultant, he was not paying attention to what i was enquiring for/or the information i was looking for. The only thing he was quick to do was to respond without listening to what i was asking, he was very impatient and very rude and he became loud, when i asked him to repeat what he was saying.
And the fact that the MTN here at the The Campus in Bryanston, sloane street, only assists customers with contracts and not prepaid customers, it is unfair for those who uses prepaid and still require assistant, it was clear that he was impatient with me because i am not a contract mtn customer. Even if i want to upgrade to contract i dont see myself going to that mtn store here where i work at the Campus Bryanston, this man was really rude to me.
