One of the contracts on my name is a line I have taken out for my mother's use. After being with Vodacom for 3 years, last month we were burgled and were robbed of over R2000 and thus could not afford my premiums for the month, I duly phoned Vodacom to make arrangements with them for payment which was agreed on, debit order dates set etc. This to me is personal information and arrangements I have made with them. On Saturday my mother was refused a SIM swap at a branch and told that my account was in arrears due to non payment and was thus frozen, further to this she was able to get every single bit of my account information out of the customer service department including them telling her incorrectly that my debit order dating to today had bounced which I most certainly knew hadn't. While she is family, this still gets me to think that if they gave it to her so easily how easy is it for anyone else to get. This is my personal account information and I most certainly don't want it shared with Anyone!!!

I'm so upset with this, I've been with Vodacom for a long period of time and I've spent a lot of money with them!!
