I already drove 600km, phoned the call centre several times and paid twice for a sim swap, after upgrading. However, after 3 weeks they still tell me (It's in the system). I am self employed and use both my phones for business (hence business 400's). After 10 years with cell c, I have always been met with a total lack of urgency and competence. I will not recommend cell c to anyone, as a service provider.
