Line & Debit order cancelled, but still get a Bill

I requested my line to be Suspended and debit order to be cancelled over 2 months ago, bcoz renting this telkom line has become really too Expensive for me to afford it, Now I get bill saying I owe R325.90,
Can I have this line CANCELLED, and something be done to this owed amount bcoz I dont understand why do I owe somuch after requesting for the Cancellation of the line and Debit order..
Can Telkom people read? if they can, Can they action customer requests as written? if Not why?
I dont want this Telkom line anymore because it has BECOME VERY EXPENSIVE so I CANT AFFORD IT and I DONT WANT OWE Telkom any monies!
