I defaulted on a Vodacom Account many years ago, the account was handed over to Symington and De Kok attorneys. I have tried to cooperate with them to have this account sorted out. I have requested emails of the account and i am then serviced with an old account that i cant use.
Symington and De Kok have now released information to other people who do not have any invested interest in me or the account. This is completely unacceptable as that information is private and confidential. The contract is with Vodacom, and in the contract its states that the information is not allowed to be released to anyone else other than the person legally responsible for paying, receiving payment, facilitating payment or legal institutions requiring the information.
