Porting gone wrong

On Friday 11 January I applied for porting of my number to 8ta
On Tuesday 15 January MTN released the number
On Wednesday I phoned 8ta customers services who said that the porting will be completed by 22H00.
On Thursday I had to phone again as nothing has happened.
On Friday I had to phone again as nothing has happened.
Today I phoned again, and twice they promised me that they will come back to me about the situation.
STILL NOTHING HAS HAPPENED!

People, please do not use 8ta, do not repeat my mistake! They are still the most expensive worst service provider in the world!
