I was subscribed to a payable service of R17.50 a day without my consent! Cellc didn't even verify if I had agreed for the subscription but initiated it. Called cellc and was told to dial Smartcall as it was Smartcall who had me subscribed. So I call them and unsubscribed. Cellc stated they had no way of unsubscribing me but I am there customer, surely they should have verified firstly if I had agreed for the service.
My payment for cellc goes of on 30 October 2013 so my question is where is the proof that I agreed for this subscription?

I await feedback regarding this as I feel I should not be responsible for the amount of about R75 as I had no agreement in place.
