Fluctuating debits

I took a 2/3 G contract modem at R100 p/m. I paid R268.00 for August, i am gonna pay 705.00 for the month of September and i already have a usage of R437. until now. I queried the R268 and i was told that i subscribed for smartcall of which it was a shock to me. And suprisingly i am being debited through Cellc, how convinient. I never gave smartcall access to my account and this says it all. This is another small Cellc thats eating my money. And now i have to pay for something that i dont even know, but just to keep my account in shape i have to. I am now being told that for the usage of R437 its because i have signed a contract of Daily and night usage of which i never did. I could have stayed on my old contract, which i was paying R150, if Thabiso didnt phoned me and tell me about the R100 one. I regret this new contract because it has messed my life and i dont know if i will ever have peace, while having this contract. I am a cellc customer but i have been through a lot recently. Please i need a tape of the day i agreed to this contract
