Reporting to WASPA and NCC

Apparently I have been subscribed to a service since 6th May 2013. I have NEVER EVER subscribed and would never. I have 2 x 4MB ADSL accounts with a Samsung SIII that connects to my PC so why on EARTH would I subscribe to your service? Frankly ive never seen your site or know what it even looks like!

When I called your customer service [URL Removed] the lady I spoke to said I hadnt used the service except for on the 6th May.

Thinking back now I do remember sitting at my PC while using my 4MB ADSL line and receiving an SMS 1 evening about being subscribed to the service. I didnt bother with the SMS as I knew I hadnt done anything and was more scared of responding to the SMS to now be spammed or really subscribed. I figured it was a.

So now I really am being billed and apparently Smartcall just randomly subscribe people without their consent!? I want my money back or I am going to report you to [URL Removed] and [URL Removed]

You cant just peoples hard earned money!

And CellC why the do you let people take money without my consent? You're next!
