I have a cellphone contract with Cellc, from last month I was suddenly paying twice the amount I usually do. When my line was suspended by Cellc today due to account limits, I look into my billing history and discovered that Cellc have been illegally deducting an amount daily for STS without my permission.
I did not subscribe for this service and it is certainly not authorized.
I demand a full refund and that my line is activated again.
