Cancelled contract but still being debited

I cancelled my contract and after 4 months had my money refunded to me! But to my dismay, I was debited again today! This is extremely unacceptable and I want to take this further. Virgin mobile is terribly incompetent at canceling even a debit order. I want my refund AGAIN and I give no authorization for any further debits.
