Billing without the physical item

Cell C Direct sold me a laptop, in January 2013, however when it was delivered it was not the laptop that i had ordered and agreed upon with the sales agent, i then phoned her to inform her that the laptop that was delivered was NOT what we discussed and according to the technical specification she had sent me via email, but of a lower specification. I never even opened the box it was then collected the following day, to my surprise as i went through my bank statements i saw that CellC has been debiting my account for the RETURNED laptop since January to date, i have since phoned the sales agent two weeks ago, and she then confirmed that i should NOT have been debited for that item as it clearly reflects on their system that i had returned the item in Full, i just received emails from the manager to show what they are trying to do with the case which means absolutely nothing to me, but i haven't received a refund and there are no contact details where i can speak to the sales guys, They will phone you so many times when selling their products, but when there is an impact on the very same customer you will not be assisted by CellC!! No customer focus is given by CellC at all!!
