WE HAVE BEEN HAVING TROUBLE WITH OUR LINES FOR THE PAST MONTH. WE ARE A BUSINESS AND THERE ARE 8 PEOPLE WHO CURRENTLY HAVE TO FIGHT FOR AN OUTGOING LINE. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE. WE ARE A RESELLER AND HAVE A CONSTANT FLOW OF INCOMING CALLS AS WELL AS OUTGOING CALLS.
THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO REPLACE A CARD ON OUR MAIN SWITCH BOARD AND WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR OVER A MONTH. WE LOG A COMPLAINT DAILY WITH TELKOM, WHERE WE ARE TOLD THAT A TECHNICIAN WILL BE DISPATCHED. THE PROBLEM WAS EVENTUALLY GIVEN OVER TO THE TRANSMISSION DEPARTMENT FOR WHOM WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR TO COME AND SORT THE PROBLEM OUT.
I FEEL THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. WE ARE PAYING FOR LINE RENTALS WHICH WE CANT EVEN USE AND A SERVICE WHERE CUSTOMER CARE ISNT A HIGH PRIORITY. THE CALL CENTRE AGENTS ARE SO RUDE AND UNHELPFULL, AND IT SEEMS TO BE A COMPETITION TO SEE WHO CAN SLAM THE MOST PHONES DOWN IN A CUSTOMERS EAR.
TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
