We have had trouble with our switchboard for several months now. The line keeps cutting off automatically, no one can have a decent conversation with customers or any other incoming/outgoing calls. It has been reported with Telkom more than 10 times already, asking them to also report to our premises so we can discuss the problem with them and see to it that something happens to fix it, but no one from Telkom EVER PITCHES or does ANYTHING TO HELP US FIX THE LINE. This is absurd! We are doing research about other service providers as we have no other choice but to get someone better.
