I upgraded my contract on the 20th of Sept and was moved over from a top-up to a smart-s. I had approx R700 in my account at the time. After the upgrade I got a connection problem error when attempting to get my balance, today i called the call centre and was told i forfeited it with my upgrade - EXCUSE ME? R700 forfeited - i think not!
I was NEVER advised of this in the shop at the time of my upgrade and besides that i still have the same number, transfer my money IT IS MINE! Now the call centre agent wants me to take it up with the store - my contract is with VODACOM - I want my money from VODACOM! They didn't earn the money they from me. I WANT MY MONEY!!
As a loyal customer i am insulted by this. I WANT MY MONEY!
