After I had very bad service in the upgrade and delivery of my Galaxy s4 and Galaxy tab 2 combo I was promised by Lee-Anne that my account will be credited with two months subscription and promo fee. To date nothing happened. Nobody is answering the phone on number 0831233667 option 1, I have tried this morning for two hours. I even phoned 808 but the operators just pass the buck by transferring the call to Connect Direct. I am utterly disgusted with the service I have received the past two months as I am a client of MTN since sell phones started and this is the kind of service you get. You are just a number and they feel nothing for you.
