I requested to have 3 vouchers for a specific spa credited on 21/5 due to the spa not answering their phones to make a booking. On 23/5 they credited 2 of the 3 vouchers to my Groupon account instead of my credit card. I phoned the call centre and explained the situation and the 3rd voucher was then credited to my credit card and a request send to transfer the credit on my account to my credit card as well. Since then I have phoned countless times as the refund has still not been processed. This week alone a manager promised twice to do it on the day that I phoned. This is rediculous. I have not received any written feedback since 23/5 only empty promises over the phone!!! Please help!!!
