Utterly Disgusted and Dissapointed at Vodacom!

All along, Vodacom publishes very confidently may I add, that it will have both models of the Samsung Galaxy S4 (the 3g and LTE) which will be avail at launch (from 27th April). Now, just under 2weeks till launch, samsung announces that the LTE will only be available 2 months later! The best part is the reason, which they say is "testing". That to me sounds like utter rubbish to the consumer. All along you confidently announce that you are on track, and 2 weeks to launch, and there's testing issues? Number 1, Vodacom falsely advertised. Number 2, there is no alignment or consistency with Vodacom at all. I have 4 personal active contracts with vodacom, 2 of which are due for an upgrade. I was eagerly awaiting the Galaxy s4 LTE just to be faced with Dissapointment. 2 months is a long time to wait for something that was promised sooner. I will not be renewing any of my contracts going forward. I also demand that this letter be escalated to the Desk of your CEO, Mr. Shameel Joosub and I would like feedback from him directly regarding this matter.
