I cancelled my contract with Autopage and this experience proves that I have made the right decision. I am still waiting (more than 24hrs later) for my number to be ported to prepaid. Now I have to wait an additional 24hrs for Autopage to escalate to IT and investigate.
This is really frustrating, since I cannot make or receive any calls, have to go through the admin of changing Internet banking details since it is linked to my phone and do not have easy access to emails. Surely this is a simple standard process and should not take this long!!!
