If we have to wait one more day to have my number ported and Autopage claiming that they are having problems with MTN, can you just please cancel this contract.
Autopage is just stringing us along..I am sitting with a phone that has not been activated for almost 2 weeks and no one is able to resolve this matter.
Surely there is someone competent enough for you to escalate this matter to.
If this is the start of your service provision Autopage, I dread the next two years.
Just sort out the number port and activation, surely this is not the first time you are dealing with this.
