Worst Internet Shopping

I applied for the phone over the internet and it was delivered within two days. The phone had problems and I contacted the Vodacom customer service and received the worst customer service ever. After three days of struggling to get the right department, I finally got through to someone who tried to help. They couldn't sort out my problem and told me to take the phone to the tecknician. How do i take a new phone to be serviced? I cancelled the contract and I requested them to fetch the phone as is of no use to me. I was told they can only collect it within 21 days. I am stuck with the phone that I can't use and waiting for 21 day collection, I even offered to deliver it myself but they refused. Thanks a lot Vodacom. To think i have been loyal to the company for 8 years and this is kind of service i get?
