Disgusting incompetent Supplier!!!

I think the biggest problem in VODACOM is that their consultants in in different departments do not have access to view what is happening on a client's profile. The Call center, Collections and Disputes agents must be able to view what is happening on a client's file should a query arise. That is why we are being sent from Pillar to post. Vodacom called me on the 18 October about 16h39 in the afternoon regarding my HELLO PETER complaint. A lady with the name of Brenda was very friendly and promising. Told me she is investigating my complaint and even said that she can see how many times I had called to sort out my problem. She told me that she will get back to me by Tuesday just need to speak to the relevant departments but will decrease the amount. I am still waiting for her call back.
I phone back the number 078227597 in my face!!! Called the call center don't know Brenda and cannot call on that number. I must wait for her call back. I called collections explained what Brenda told me sorry Mrs. McKenzie we cannot help you as we cannot see that notes. WHAT do I do no this is terrible.
