I bought a base and mattress set in Sep12, in Dec 12, the base set started making noises from the the inside & in Jan 13 when i got back to work, i called Beares to complain. I was told there was no stock but they would get some in Feb and she would keep me updated. I called in Feb only to find that there was still no stock however they were continuously checking and would get back to me. Without any feedback, i called a week later and they told me the stock arrived & some1 from the W.house would call me and deliver in the same week. I called every week since then for an update never receiving a call from Beares unless initiating the 1st call. Brenda (manager) has done nothing. When i call and speak to Selena (consult), she says Brenda was meant to get back to me, when i speak to Brenda she says Selena was (passing the buck). I called the complaints line where agents have assured me feedback & action before COB that day & received nothing. When i called Brenda last week she told me that it turns out there was stock coz she just foll up with the W.House on Mon so i asked her why didnt she call me after that & she told me that it is the Sales consults job to call me. Disgruntled!
