2ND TIME, 2ND CONSULTANT, SAME ISSUE, NO MANNERS

AFTER MY FIRST COMPLAINT ON HALLO PETER I WAS CALLED BY A VERY INCOMPETENT GUY FROM NASHUA MOBILE LEGAL COLLECTIONS, THIS GUY IS EVEN WORSE THAN THE LADY, I WANTED INFO ON HOW THE MATTER WAS HANDLED, THIS GUY TOLD ME THAT THE LADY WAS CALLED IN BY MANAGEMENT AND AND NOW SHE WENT HOME, I ASKED HIM THAT I NEED TO KNOW WHAT THE STATUS IS AND I WANT THAT LADY TO CALL ME AND APOLOGIES FOR THE MANNER IN WHICH SHE ADDRESSED THIS, HE SAYS THAT HE'S NOT SURE IF SHE'S COMING BACK I THEN ASKED CAN I SPEAK TO THE MANAGEMENT THAT WAS DEALING WITH THIS, "NO THEY ARE IN A MEETING TILL 16:30" THEN IT WENT WORSE, NOW I TOLD HIM I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE THAT I WAS GIVEN BY THAT LADY, AND HE SAID THAT I AM SWEARING AT HIM, HE CAN SEE MY DETAILS ON THE SYSTEM, AND MY ID NUMBER HE WILL SUE ME FOR DEFORMATION OF CHARACTER AND HIS NIECE DOES NOT EVEN TALK TO HIM LIKE I DO SO WHO DO I THINK I AM??? TELL ME IS THIS THE WAY TO COLLECT OUTSTANDING INSTALMENT, BECAUSE IF SO THEN, YOU CAN GO LIST ME, YOU CALL CENTRE AGENTS WILL NOT SPEAK TO ME LIKE THAT... POINT!!! FORGET IT.
