After a certain Ruth fail to deliver on my expectations, I got hold of Rana Engelbrecht, who, with the help of Katy Cremer, Vivian Mariemuthu and Druian McNeil restored my faith in Cell C. They really went that xtra mile to deliver a fantastic servive for which I am very very gratefull. These people showed the way how a customer should be treated and if Management ever read this compliment, i'm telling you, whatever these four people earn, they should get an increase. These are the type of people the opposition would love to have. Be warned!
