I needed a school bag for my son (the weekend before school started) and was having a terrible experience phoning the stores as they were unhelpful, not friendly and not willing to go the extra mile. I then noticed the call centre number on one of my slips and decided to give it a try. I spoke to: Philisiwe Magwaza, who was so amazing, very helpful and really went the extra mile. She could tell i was upset but not once did she show any sort of attitude. She called various stores for me and found a bag (only 2 stores in Cape town had these bags) and she arranged for the Constantia branch to keep one of the 4 for me. I am so impressed by her amazing service, wish i could deal with people like her at pick n pay all the time. She is definitely an asset to your company and deserves a raise for her amazing service. She also probably thinks i forget about her as i haven't had time to send it, but remember great service sticks with people. IT is because of her that my faith in Pick n Pay is restored, keep it up.
