Thanks to Brad de Wet, Helen and Kimce from MTN Cell Network for restoring my faith in MTN following shocking service I received from MTN Direct.

Brad immediately responded to an email I sent him regarding my issues with MTN Direct and put me in touch with Helen and Kimce, who processed my application and delivered the handset to my home.
