Posted a not so nice remark about shenanigans with ADT call centre, Sandile Mazibuko just called
ironed out my concerns and his pleasant attitude is refreshing, was very patient and explained the workings of the system and other concerns I had. The response was quite swift and Sir thank you for offering ADT support and restoring my faith in the system once more. We all make mistakes and how we deal with them makes up for great people indeed... Bravo!!
