I have sent my phone in for repairs 22 days ago I have been told that it will take 21 days. Apparently I will be issued with a new phone, Fine I can deal with that, I have not been able to make use of anything on my contract (minutes, sms's) I have been without a phone for 22 days straight. I don't see why I have to wait on a courier to deliver the phone if they can just issue me with a new device in store. Does not make any sense at all. I want to be reimbursed for the amount of days that I have been without this mobile phone and contract or anything that can compensate for this. I hope this reaches someone that can handle my query I am not willing not wait any longer. Being 22 Days without a phone is not a easy task. Cant contact me using my phone number as I dont have a phone.
