Still no satisfaction

After sending many e mails and several reports on hellopeter, I am still not given what i ask for and have a contract for. What is going on with this company, they are totally unprofessional. My e mails are totally ignored and they randomly do credits but don't explain how the amounts are determined. Also my contractual terms in terms of data are not loaded on my account or backdated. And they think they are doing me a favour!
The customer consultants don't have a clue what is going on either. What started as a birthday present for my son has turned into an absolute nightmare. Why cant you print a correct amended account? Total and a disgrace to call yourselves a professional service provider.
