Terrible service delivery

I have signed up for an 8ta 10 gig package (actually signed for 2) and for the first 2 - 3 months I was running at speeds of 7-8mbs dl and 2-3mbs/s ul in my apartment. I have since gradually had speeds drop to the point where there is either no connectivity or speeds as low as 03mbs/ul and a ping of over 400 this is in the same location used before. I have had this problem for a few months now. I have reported this issue more than once and have just been told they will look into it.

Funny how at the same time my telkom phone line and adsl are completely dead and I have had no luck getting that fixed either.

All I ask is that I have a usable service for the R400 per month that im spending. where at this point.if 8ta installs a signal booster or cancels the contract I dont mind as long as something is done. I am tired of hearing that they will look into it.
