Virgin has not sorted my billing out yet, was inform via email that funds will be refunded. Contacted the Call Centre & was cut when I requested to speak to the Teamleader. Phone again spoke to Bongani & requested to speak to his team leader was informed that she was busy with another complaint & will be phoning me back. I am sick & tired of phoning Virgin mobile for my billing every month. Can someone at least contact me on these numbers 0718200382 / 011 350 5005.

I am really frustrated with this disgusting service that I am receiving.
