I've upgraded in beginning of September 2013. Upgrade only effected 1 October 2013.
As I changed from Blackberry a Samsung I needed to do a sim swap on 30/09/2013 and also cancelled BIS.
When I received my bill on 10/10/2013 I've noticed that I was still billed for BIS for Oct 2013. Immediately took it up with Vodacom (Reference S3-T363J-JZ5SD). They will investigate why mistake slipped in and give me feedback within 24 hours.
No feedback was received and I've made a follow-up call in this regard on 22/10/2013. Promised yet again feedback within 24 hours. Still no feedback received.
Will I get feedback and will this be sorted??!!!
