My clients keep complaining they do not receive mails or it is delayed for up to 5 hours. Trying to convince Afrihost is a difficult task.
If you have the same problem, an Application will be made available to help you prove this. Give me 2 weeks, then google "Afrihost Mail War"

I tried calling your landline but was unable to reach you.
I sincerely believe Afrihost has worked in your interest as a client and has done everything possible to offer you a consistent service.
Based on your email and our previous communication throughout the last year, I believe we cannot meet your requirements and expectations.
In addition to this, you're unable to communicate with our support team in a professional manner and after many pleas, we are back where we were on 16th May 2012.
I believe the trust we're working to build has been repeatedly broken and Afrihost can no longer meet your requirements and expectations.
I believe it's in everyone's best interest that we parted ways and you found a host more suited to your needs.
