Pathetic!

I have been having this problem for a while I makde a payment and vodacome does not allocate my payment then they send me countless messgaes telling me I will be soft locked and account is in arreaers, I recently posted a report on hellp peter about the same thing, someonec called and re-asssured me it will be sorted which it hasnt, I feel as thou someone just calls you back so you know you received feedback but they dont actually help or make a diffrence. I called into the call centre today again on 082 1946, Cindy a consulatnant was uterly rude and didnt even bother helping I then asked for her Manager and he (Thando) just said i was in the wrong department and transfered me, without even trying to help! I am sooo annoyed. I had enough and I called the cancelation department she said i must first pay in the arrear amount (which all of them have been telling me I am not in arrears) before i can cancell!!! Vodacom is the pits, they think because they are the leading network they can traet people anyway they choose, No one takes responsibility and that is why they will continue to loose customers! I wish now t get a quite pay in the diffrence and move to Cell c!
