Line Cut due to High Usage

Cannot get hold of these people, they are not responding to e-mails either. I downloaded data, I checked my bill on Saturday evening after downloading, voice prompt said I owe R30.00 for usage. Sunday checked my balance via voice prompt again on 0861 232 424, said I still owed only R30.00 for usage, so I proceeded to download more data. Monday morning I get suspended and told I owe you R3900 for data usage.. Why is your system so dysfunctional that you cannot give people the right amout that is owed when they call into the system (REAL TIME BILLING). You are partly responsible for this large bill. I have been a customer for 20 years with this same phone number though Altech. Make a plan and help me get rid of this bill please. I cannot communicate with anyone at your High Usage department because they cannot even pick up the b phone. Can someone please help me here with this MAJOR PROBLEM otherwise cancel all my contracts!!! I think I can still receive calls on this number, who frigging knows. I only pay R150.00 for my 2GB data card. How can I pay R3900 for about 2kb of data on my cell line. The lady at the call centre said you charged me R2 per k
