UNEXPLAINED SUSPENSION

Last week, money was taken out of my bank account under NUDEBT MANAGEMENT, upon enquiring to them directly they said they had no record of me yet they had taken out money on behalf of 8ta (i should note here that every month money has gone out my account and i do not owe 8ta anything).
upon phoning 8ta, they said my account was not in arrears and it has not been handed over but they would make sure money does not go out again as it should only go out at the end of the month and apologised.
tonight i get an sms saying that my service is interrupted and when i try make calls immediately after i cannot. i phone the call center and they say they cannot help because the system is down.

i pay every month for this ridiculous service. i had data and minutes left for the month and they say they cannot help me i must wait til the morning. i cannot believe I continuously have to complain to get things done with 8ta. I would like to post a compliment sometime but well the service that i have been receiving is far from getting one.
