I handed my Blackberry 9800 at the MTN store in midlands mall on 12/01/2013 because it was freezing, I was told that it will be sent to technicians, and up to date I haven't received any feedback about my phone, whenever I call to check on it, I am told it is with suppliers, 1stly I was told it was collected at the store for a week I kept getting that and after that I keep hearing its with the suppliers, the call center people won't tell me when will i get it back. I am annoyed really, If I didn't need a phone then I wouldn't have bought it. No one cares to call me from MTN.
