How do I start?

I am so fed up with vodacoms empty promises

i Literally feel the need to in a bag light it on fire, and place in-front of your door step. I can't tell you how much discomfort your poor service has caused me in my life.
I have had my application form lost. I have bought a broken 3g stick. I have add my account be billed twice. I am using your internet on a LTE ready device but i download at 10kb/s. i have full signal.

If i use a MTN simcard everything works great. I am sure this can not be acceptable.
I can not be legally obligated to pay you for your service.

But lord knows if I don't then you pay attention,
